Before Chris arrives
Have these ready
It makes the job faster, and it's how we keep keys out of the wrong hands.
- Photo IDA driver's license or state ID.
- Registration or titleShows the car is yours.
- Where the car isAn address, a parking lot, or the nearest cross streets.
- Year, make and modelAnd the VIN if it's handy. It's on the dashboard by the windshield, or on the driver's door frame.
New keys are only made for the vehicle's owner. That protects you, too.
